Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-order Reservations

Some Nour products may be offered as pre-order reservations before they are ready to ship.

When you place a pre-order reservation:

• No payment is collected today.
• You may be asked to provide payment details to reserve your order.
• Your card is not charged at the time of reservation.
• Your payment method is saved securely by Shopify, our payment processor, or our pre-order app for a future charge.
• You may cancel anytime before payment is collected.

When Your Card Is Charged

Your card will only be charged when production is confirmed.

For this policy, the Charge Date means the date your payment is collected because production has been confirmed.

Once payment is collected, estimated shipping is approximately 4 months after the Charge Date, unless a different estimate is shown at checkout or in your confirmation email.

Canceling Before Payment Is Collected

You may cancel your pre-order reservation anytime before payment is collected.

To cancel before payment is collected, reply to your confirmation email or contact us at support@cravingnour.com.

If you cancel before payment is collected, your reservation will be closed and no refund will be owed because no payment has been collected.

After Payment Is Collected

After payment is collected, voluntary cancellations may not be available because production has been confirmed and Nour may begin committing funds to ingredients, packaging, production planning, and inventory allocation.

This does not limit any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable law.

If We Cannot Fulfill Your Order

If Nour cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

If Shipping Is Materially Delayed

Shipping timelines are estimates provided in good faith.

Production, packaging, supply chain, and carrier delays may affect timing.

If we do not expect to ship within the estimated shipping window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available options, including the option to cancel for a full refund where required by law.

Payment Issues

If your saved payment method cannot be charged when production is confirmed, we may contact you to update your payment method.

If payment is not completed within the time provided, your reservation may be canceled and released to another customer.
